There is nothing like starting confidently in a job. Our Academy's training courses will help you do just that. They offer you tools that you can use on a daily basis. We also train your sensors to recognise the dynamics in the company and how to take control of them. There is also plenty of room to learn from other women in the community. Every training starts with sharing experiences and challenges of everyone's work. You will always go home with good energy and tips. Learn Your Future is what we call it!
In our Academy you follow 6 trainings of 1 day each. Because we believe in the power of learning in a team, we train on location. Every month you follow 1 module together with a fixed group of talents from our community.

Learn how to facilitate a design thinking session for your colleagues to help them solve an issue in 1 day with solutions that make sense.

Projectmanagement 2
Learn to use our project canvas format to create a compact plan in two A4, so everyone on the workfloor but also the director can see "what's in it for them.

Learn to personally connect with your colleagues by using our toolbox for focused and clear communication while overcoming your stage fright of pitching in front of a group.
Module 6
How does an organization work?
Learn how to use your own sensors to recognise dynamics in your work in order to objectively assess different situations and tailor them to your needs.
Talent coach
Because we know that a first job can be quite exciting, you will have your own Talent Coach. This mentor is your sounding board and encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. Only then can you learn more about yourself and let your talent really grow. This online and offline personal guidance accelerates your growth path.
