Business Academy for successful and independent onboarding

Many companies often do not have the time and people to properly onboard new, young employees in the start of their jobs. In addition, students have gained a lot of theoretical knowledge in their studies, but their Business skills are often not trained which does not always contribute to a flying start of their career. Therefore, every student, who starts in a side job or job in your company through Lead Your Future, goes through our own Business Academy.

During the trainings they are taken out of their comfort zone, so they learn to look at issues from a helicopter view. Their analytical, pragmatic and creative skills are mirrored and trained, allowing them to know what to do in different dynamics in an organization. We give them concrete tools to take charge of their own job, which speeds up and makes onboarding more fun for both the student and the company.

Recruiting young talent is easier said than done we soon noticed. We face several challenges. For example, young women usually don't know Medux, even though we are a very large national company. I guess you can guess why this is? They don't usually use our goods and services themselves (and thankfully so).

The first step we took with Lead Your Future was to do a "Business Shake". Talents got to know our organization and concrete plans came out of this day.
