Because the members of our community did not learn how to put their knowledge and talents to practical use during their studies. They are looking for handles and tools to take the burden off a company and help them create impact. They want to explore how they can add value by using their modern skills to make innovations and digitalization more successful.
Our talents who start their a job with your company want to commit to your organization for a long time. This is because of their commitment, drive and curiosity. Combined with their drive and entrepreneurship, we train them in our Academy to become intrapreneurs. They learn how to work independently and research what they need to map out a career path within your company.
Despite their limited work experience, we teach our talents how to inspire experienced employees in the company to work together. Business skill training teaches them to bring talents and experts together in multigenerational teams. The Business skill program of the Lead Your Future Academy consists of six training days. This gives the talents tools and instruments to critically assess their own work on a daily basis and to work independently. They also learn how their work contributes to the greater whole. After all, they are a link in the ecosystem and ambition of the entire company.
Innovationmanagement
Learn to concretely describe ideas and innovations with colleagues in an innovation canvas. They also investigate how a climate for innovations can be created and safeguarded in the organization.
Design thinking
Learn how to facilitate a design thinking session for your colleagues to validate the ideas and innovations for feasibility and viability in 1 day. The result is a Roadmap of solutions to start tomorrow.
Project management
Learn how to research what the actual issue of a project is and process it in a compact project canvas. All this viewed from the strategic, tactical and operational perspective of an organization.
Implementation management
Learn how to facilitate an integrated team of experts to achieve successful results in a project with their expertise. Team building, agility, short cyclical and iterative work are central to this in order to bring different interests together in the right way in one project.
Communication and pitching
Learn how to tailor and communicate the message to your audience. This is to inspire and convince people about how they can successfully contribute to the goal you want to achieve.
Personal leadership
Learn how to use your own sensors to recognize and influence dynamics in your work. All this by thinking from opportunities and breaking through their personal assumptions to promote a learning and growth process.
In addition to the training of our Academy, we offer 1-on-1 coaching to all talents who start a job in your company. This integrated approach to coaching and training ensures seamless and sustainable onboarding for our talents in your company.
